I use process to reduce uncertainty, not to add ceremony. The goal is always to learn quickly and make the next design decision easier.

01

Watch the real workflow

Before changing screens, I look for where people pause, repeat themselves, copy information into side notes, or ask someone else to confirm what should happen next.

02

Shape a smaller version

I prototype the smallest useful version of the flow, then use it to test language, order, visibility, and the decisions the interface needs to support.

03

Check for confidence

A flow is working when people know what changed, understand what to do next, and feel comfortable acting without extra explanation.
